Designer: Kay Bojesen, 1951

The legendary wooden animals by Kay Bojesen are very popular with both children and collectors.

They are made from various high-quality types of wood and assembled with connecting pieces, allowing the animals' limbs to be movable so scenes can be recreated. These charming figures, with their mischievous charm, captivate through their naive yet modern design language. The Danish designer created them between 1934 and 1954, and they are still produced today in collaboration with Kay Bojesen's family. From generation to generation, these imaginative animals decorate shelves, display cabinets, and children's rooms.
