Bauhaus shop. Good design from the Bauhaus Archive Museum

Objects by and for designers, architects, graphic artists, artists, aesthetes, and enthusiasts. Whether a potato peeler or Bauhaus lamp, we carry design icons, innovations, and simple standard forms from around the world. We place a special focus on Scandinavian and Japanese design. Form and function, material and construction were the keywords for Bauhaus designs. They also determine the program of the Bauhaus-Shop: We offer well-designed objects for everyday life, from the original Bauhaus design to contemporary design.

The Bauhaus-Archiv GmbH, which among other things operates the Bauhaus-Shop, is the commercial subsidiary of the non-profit Bauhaus-Archiv e. V. Museum of Design in Berlin. With every purchase, you support the Bauhaus-Archiv and contribute to the research and preservation of the world's largest Bauhaus collection. Thanks to donations from the Bauhaus-Archiv GmbH, which operates the Bauhaus-Shop, the museum has already been able to acquire numerous works for the collection. These include the large Bauhaus building set by Alma Siedhoff-Buscher, an early version of the Bauhaus chess set, and the bachelor cabinet by Josef Pohl.
