Curved metal band made of rolled stainless steel sheet: punched, ground, bent and satin-finished - an elegant, sculptural letter opener with a double blade. The Italian designer Enzo Mari designed this decorative piece for the desk back in 1962. The sober, functionally designed object stands in formal contrast to old-fashioned, dagger-like devices with ivory handles and blunt blades.
