the sculpture for the windowsill: hedwig bollhagen developed her watering can from a round vessel, whose side dents also serve as the handle. quite simply, an organic form arises here from the function - which otherwise does not occur in bollhagen's work. her watering can 766 became a classic.
the stoneware watering can by hedwig bollhagen is now produced in various colored glazes.
