25 maple wood cubes with geometric shapes: each cube is painted red with a circle, a quarter-circle segment, triangle, rectangle and square. When basic shapes are put together, they create castles, a forest at night, flowers or a locomotive. Ornabo plays the great game of abstraction with us. The individual basic shape stands in space without any association - but the combinations they put together make us believe that the whole world consists only of circles, triangles and rectangles, thus allowing us to see the basic structures of the language of forms. The 25 stackable maple cubes each have an edge length of 3.5 cm. Enclosed are eight examples of abstract and nine examples of figurative patterns. (OEM)
