When assembled as a cube, cubicus skilfully conceals its true characteristics. The ten parts can be put together to form solid or weightless constructions. The color nuances in red or blue reveal the construction principle of the disassembled cube: rectangles form the cube as a frame. The larger the aspect ratio, the weightless the circumscribed cube appears. The elements can be placed on top of one another on an imaginary corner of the cube in such a way that the more expansive elements appear to float. (oem)
