Small tray with low edge, pressed from a single piece of aluminum sheet and anodized in color to be corrosion-resistant. 16.8 x 16.8 cm

The trays of the London manufacturer Kaymet have been made from aluminum in London since 1947. The idea of making trays from anodized aluminum came from Sydney Schreiber, the founder of Kaymet. After the company had manufactured aluminum parts for radios and radar equipment during the Second World War, the manufacturer looked for an alternative way to use the machines after its demise.
