the wristwatches, designed by max bill in 1962, are designed to do just one thing: show the time. the line dial appears to be graphically designed and, in addition to the luminescent dots, gives it a delicate appearance. the watch is a technically high-quality product thanks to its mechanical mechanism, powered by a wind-up spring, the tension of which is sensitively balanced and must not be overwound. the combination of the elegant, functional design combined with the high-quality technical interior gives the watch a special esprit in its timelessness. (oem)
Max Bill designed the watch in 1962 for the hand-wound movement that was common at the time. For a long time there were four models. The manufacturer has been offering variations of the old design for several years under the name "Max Bill by Junghans". The watch is now available in several sizes with a quartz movement, with an automatic movement or as a chronoscope. The watch faces and bracelets are also regularly varied in color.
