TAC Gray | Combo Cup with Saucer

TAC - a porcelain dinnerware set with an elegant, dynamic line design and formal as well as functional elements.

Walter Gropius designed the set at the end of the 1960s in collaboration with the ceramic artist Katherine de Sousa. The dynamic shape is derived from sections of a sphere and related radii and curves, surfaces, and lines. The curve of the handle continues in the lid knob, providing an intuitive point to hold the lid when pouring tea.
In addition to the white version and the version in black porcelain, there have been various new decorative variants over time.
