exhibitions and themes
"young bauhaus" is a community of young people who work on the art, materials and history of the bauhaus every week. With "young bauhaus. inbetween identities" they are now showing the results of their artistic work for the first time. The starting point is their identity as a group and the diverse identities of the participants who come together in this open space. The works of art are about Oskar Schlemmer's triadic ballet, copper spirals, fashion design and garbage. But above all it is about what shapes young people today and how the bauhaus can encourage courage, experimentation and self-discovery then and now.
