Designer: Hedwig Bollhagen, 1955
The sculpture for the windowsill.
Hedwig Bollhagen developed her watering can from a round vessel whose indentations on the sides also serve as the handle. An organic form emerges quite naturally from its function—something otherwise not found in Bollhagen’s work.
Her watering can 766 became a classic.
