Designer: Max Bill 1956

In 1956, Max Bill designed two wall clocks for the company Junghans. They correspond to Max Bill's idea of creating useful objects with as much central functionality as possible. Thus, a dial contains delicate lines, with the hour lines clearly segmenting the face. A quick glance is enough.
The dial with numbers is divided by the hour numbers, which were also designed by Max Bill. It doesn't look spectacular at all, nor is it meant to be. The restrained graphic design style of the clocks seems to fade into simple beauty on the wall. The wall clock dials with numbers and tick marks are available in 22cm and 30cm diameters. (OEM)
