TAC Porcelain Set | Espresso Cup + Saucer

TAC - a porcelain dinnerware collection with an elegant, dynamic design and formal and functional elements.

Walter Gropius designed the service in the late 1960s in collaboration with ceramicist Katherine de Sousa. Its dynamic shape is formed from sections of a sphere and the radii and curves, surfaces and lines derived from them. The curve of the handle continues into the lid knob, offering an intuitive point to hold the lid in place when pouring tea.
