TAC sugar bowl | Black

TAC - porcelain tableware with an elegant, dynamic design and formal and functional elements.

Walter Gropius designed the dinnerware service in collaboration with ceramic artist Katherine de Sousa in the late 1960s. Its dynamic form derives from sections of a sphere and the radii and curves, surfaces and lines based on them. The curve of the handle continues in the lid knob, providing an intuitive point to hold the lid in place when pouring tea. In addition to the white version and the black porcelain version, new decorative variations were introduced over the years.

Please note: The black porcelain teapot is not dishwasher-safe.
