TAC teacup | White with black saucer

TAC - porcelain tableware with elegant, striking lines, and formal and functional elements.

Walter Gropius designed the dinner service in the late 1960s in collaboration with ceramicist Katherine de Sousa. Its dynamic form is composed of sections of a sphere and the radii and curves, surfaces and lines derived from them. The curve of the handle continues in the lid knob, providing an intuitive point for holding the lid in place when pouring tea. Alongside the white version and the black porcelain version, new decorative variations were introduced over the years.

Please note: The black porcelain saucer is not dishwasher-safe.
