one of his last works sees the light of day posthumously. his conversational objects were meant to get every conversation going at the table, during a barbecue, or in the kitchen. it comes across as boldly rough and utilitarian. yet, with a velvet sandblasted finish, it feels pleasantly balanced in the hand. the cutlery is available either as a 4-piece place setting consisting of knife, fork, spoon, and coffee spoon, or for 4 people with a matching stand for storage. the stand holds 8 sets.
