This shaker is the result of extensive studies conducted by Alberto Gozzi on professional bar and wine accessories, and is considered the most professional type of shaker.
It consists of two parts that fit together perfectly. The stainless steel part has been made especially flexible through a special cold-hardening process. The stainless steel cup can also be used as a mixing glass together with the Stirrer 5054.
