In contrast, the overhangs, undersides of balconies, window reveals, downpipes, and railings are painted in bright red and blue.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe color scheme shown on the poster was not implemented. Walter Gropius had the exterior of the houses painted in clear white.
