As Wagenfeld said, the Bauhaus designs were meant to be industrial products and looked that way too. In reality, however, they were made on a craft basis. And this lamp is now made exactly according to the original specifications, in size and material.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe reissue began at Tecnolumen in 1979, who consciously followed Wagenfeld’s much simplified design. Naturally, they took on both versions of the lamp, which still fit into any setting and are merely a matter of taste as to which lamp base model one chooses.
